What Getting Closer To Your Customer Really  Means

Here at Rant & Rave we believe that brands and consumers want the same thing – to deliver and receive a great experience. And by reducing the amount of effort your customers need to put in to do business with you, you can create Raving fans and lifelong advocates.

Designed for senior executives, our Webinar looked at how you can bring your customers closer to your brand by exploring Customer Engagement best practices and case studies from leading organisations.

Our Webinar Explored:

  • How timely and relevant Proactive Communication can reduce customer effort and lead to an increase in Raving fans

  • Practical advice on what to expect from opening up the floodgates to customer feedback and overcoming the fear factor

  • How Papa John’s are learning from their Rants & Raves one slice at a time

Speakers included Martin Hill-Wilson, Author and Customer Experience Strategist, and Andrew Gallagher, Senior Marketing Director at Papa John’s.

Senior Marketing Director

Andrew Gallagher is the Senior Marketing Director for Papa John’s in the UK and Europe, one of the world’s biggest pizza delivery companies with over 4,000 stores across the world.

Andrew graduated from Liverpool University in 1998 and has worked in marketing for many well-known brands across the Retail and Leisure sectors including WHSmith, Cineworld, and Caffè Nero. More recently he also had a spell at famously unconventional Bookmaker Paddy Power.

At Papa John’s, Andrew’s role is to establish the delivery operator as the UK’s favourite pizza brand by living up to its ‘Better Ingredients, Better Pizza’ promise. In such a commoditised sector dominated by the established players Domino’s and Pizza Hut, customer service and focus is key and Andrew is leading a revolution in Papa John’s approach to service. Aiming to demonstrate that with the right Customer Experience, the sales and market share will follow.
